Starting in January, our weekends are about to explode with groups. We need multiple people to help with weekends through the spring and many full and part time positions in the summer. Our priority is find people who love hospitality and working with people. We see that our food service is the major window into delivering our Christian service mission. While we pride ourselves on our food, cooking skill can be learned - but hospitality, predicting group needs and being fun are much more desired qualities.
We're seeking the right people that may fall into the following positions
General Staff : help prep, cook, deliver and clean up meals / dishes; front line hospitality and responding to guest needs as capable. Hourly wage
Lead Cooks : (as one learns how the operations work) Manage the overall meal production ensuring everything is prepared, ready, and on time. They oversee the balance of work among the kitchen crew, overall presentation of the meal and the guest dining experience. Benefits: Increased hourly wage
Food Service & Hospitality Manager : Lead cook with added responsibility of scheduling and developing a kitchen & housekeeping team, menu planning and ordering food. Benefits: flexible. May include hourly wage or salary, benefit stipend, and option for on site housing.
