We have a full kitchen staff excited to serve you with fresh & delicious meals. We take pride and joy in our years of serving groups of all sizes and making meal time something to look forward to during your retreat. 

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Menus & Info

    

Note: Meals are not included in the lodging price
 

Our meal times are as follows:

Breakfast 8:00am

Lunch 12:00pm

Dinner 5:30pm

We offer Vegan, Gluten and Dairy Free alternatives by request.
Please email dietary requests to our cook with in two weeks in advance.

If you have any special requests, contact our  head chef 2 weeks prior to your arrival. 

We have a refrigerator in the dorm apartments for those that need to bring their own food for dietary restrictions and/or group snacks.

Dining Hall

Surrounded by beautiful trees, our dining hall has open windows & a stone fire place. It seats up to 150 guests.

For larger groups, there is outside seating as well as dorm or Fireside accommodations.

24/7 Coffee Bar

We have a full coffee/ hot cocoa & tea bar that is located in our main lodge/dining room where you can fellowship and is open 24/7.

Snack Shop

Visit our DK store/ snack shop located in the main office. We sell sodas, bottled water, chips, candy, granola bars and more! Other items, such as clothing, DK shirts, hoodies, Christian books and

writing journals are also for sale!
